Moreover, since hospice is about the quality of life, Sacred Heart Hospice strives to support care plans that maintain patients' ability to remain in their homes, where they have the loving support of their family and friends. As the definition of "home" may differ from patient to patient, our services extend to those residing in hospitals as well as long-term care facilities including nursing homes and assisted living facilities. We can even help with the transition into different settings as needed.

Family support is key. Our services enhance the family's ability to keep their loved one in the comfort of their own home. Certified hospice aides EASE THE FAMILY BURDEN by assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, light cooking, and assistance with household chores.
