The mission of Sacred Heart Hospice is to provide comfort care services and emotional support to all patients and families within the Phoenix, Arizona area and surrounding cities. Our vision is to be the leader in providing quality end-of-life care. We extend our care to patients in assisted living facilities in Maricopa County, Arizona and our services compliment assisted living to promote care, love and support to all those in need.
