Sacred Heart Hospice Foundation is a 501c3, registered non-profit organization. All of your generous donations, unless specified, are entered into our Memorial Fund. The fund is used expressly for the care of our patients; absolutely no monies contributed by you would be used for our general operational needs.
What are some patient-related services paid for by the Memorial Fund?
The Memorial Fund is used to purchase medications, air conditioners, provide free care for patients with no eligible health insurance and assist families with the associated costs of burial. It is through the generous auspices of donations that we are able to provide the highest quality care in the form of hospice care, care in assisted living facilities and palliative care to our patients and their families; assisting them in every way on the end-of-life journey.
