Sacred Heart Hospice was founded in 2006 with the expectation that Sacred Heart Hospice will be the preferred provider of hospice care and palliative care, providing physical, emotional and spiritual services to all patients and their family members within the Phoenix and surrounding areas in Arizona. 

Sacred Heart Hospice is a living tribute to the fathers of our Chief Administrative Officer and our Medical Director.  Both men, through their lives and their deaths, left a profound sense of grief, while stirring in each of their children, a passion to serve those who would follow the paths of their fathers; to insure death comes on each person's own unique terms.  Safe, free of pain, in the presence of loved ones, and most importantly, in their home.

Sacred Heart Hospice brings strength, understanding and comfort to the families we serve. We offer a compassionate approach to care whose goal is to help people with serious illness live life fully, maintain their dignity and keep control over their lives.
