Sacred Heart Hospice was founded in 2006 with the expectation that Sacred Heart Hospice will be the preferred provider of hospice care and palliative care, providing physical, emotional and spiritual services to all patients and their family members within Phoenix and surrounding areas in the state of Arizona.

Sacred Heart Hospice brings strength, understanding and comfort to the families we serve. We offer a compassionate approach to care whose goal is to help people with serious illness live life fully, maintain their dignity and keep control over their lives.
